Delete account

From the app

Open Haaro and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Follow the instructions shown on screen to complete the deletion.

If you cannot access your account

If you cannot sign in or no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion of your account by emailing our privacy address from the email address associated with your Haaro account.

Important information

• Uninstalling Haaro does not delete your account.
• Deleting your account means that the data associated with it will be deleted, except where we are required to retain certain information due to a legal obligation.
• Deleting your Haaro account does not automatically cancel an active subscription managed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions must be cancelled through the relevant store.
